When I downloaded Firecontrol V. 20.2 just now, it downloaded a .pkg file. I can’t open this file in windows 10.

FWIW, I get the same link address when I hover over both the windows and MAC versions.

Link has been fixed! We re-linked the MacOS installer this afternoon and must have gotten the links mixed up. You should be downloading the .msi file for Windows!

Did This happen again? I tried twice today to download the Mac OS file and if is a .pkg file and my Mac said “NOPE!” to the install
