ok on the first tab “MATERIAL”, 0 out the thickness of material value.
I’m thinking it’s erroring out because its adding that value to your pierce/cut height.
changed to 0 and ran, torch fires and stays in starting position
could be electrical interference. move your cutter as far away from the control box as you can. if you’re on a laptop, use battery power for now for testing. have your cables spread out and not touching each other as best as possible.
thanks for your help. not sure what im doing wrong maybe ill figure it out another time. i just stuck a marker to the side of torch mount and cut the lines by hand

I was not sure of the size. it came through at 250 inches so I imported in metric and in end up 10 inches exactly so i figured that was it.
