Sounds good

I think we’re talking about the same thing.

"In DXF files, “unitless” means that the coordinates of the drawing do not have a specific unit of measurement.

When importing the file into a CAD software, the user must specify the units of measurement to be used for the drawing to ensure accurate scaling."

I had some things come up. Ill try to cut it tomorrow and let you guys know how it goes.

That was gonna be my next question? :+1:

I keep getting this alarm. As soon as it started the second part. 4 times so far? Any ideas?

Sometimes the leads can stop the z-axis from moving properly.

The z axis might just be binding.

Make sure you go through those things on the list on the alert.

Also it’s hard to see from the picture but could it be possible that you’re cutting on the wrong side of the line?

It looks like it’s piercing finish material and then leading in instead of piercing on the waste material (drop) and then leading in.

That error indicates that the IHS switch is open at the start of the cut loop and the expected state is closed. It could be your Z axis is sticking or the IHS contacts are loose.

I have had alot of problems with the ihs sticking
Ther than that its cutting great

I believe i am on the wrong side of the line

Im still having lots of ihs problems. I cant figure it out but here it is. Still need to blendgrind the welds

looks good , that must have been a long hull.

Any change you would make to the file ?

The bend reliefs likely ended up huge. Did you end up cutting the bend tabs out?

More Pictures Please :camera_flash: :camera_flash: :camera_flash:

Check this connection circled here and the one on the other side. That ring connector has a screw holding it on to the IHS switch contacts. If it is loose, you will get IHS failures. Also, make sure the wires are fully pushed into the connectors to the wire that goes back to the control box.

Wow! Looks great.

Remember we see flaws in our stuff that other folks won’t notice because they don’t know what the picture in your head looks like :slightly_smiling_face:

Yes i cut them out just because im more used to stiching parts together than trying to bend them!

Changes! For me atleast it needs to be bigger some of the intricate areas are too small and my .08 tips were giving me trouble so i had to use the 1.1 tips. I think making it as big as possible out of like 14g (32in)and then welding in some 1/8in plates on the bottem would be really cool!!
