Thankfully the relay on my old board is not glued so that won’t be an issue. Once the new board gets here I’ll post to let everyone know if that resolved it, though I’m at least 90% sure it will
If what we discussed over the phone isn’t working, please call me back and I’ll be happy to assist you further.
Sorry Jeff, it wasn’t me you spoke with. Another forum member made mention of issues they are having on my thread here several times and they may have been who spoke to you on the phone. I instead got an email response from Zachary H following your suggestion to email you guys. He sent me an invoice on ordering a new board
That sounds good. Once you receive the new board, if you run into any issues or have any problems, please feel free to email us directly and we will be happy to assist you.
Thanks Jeff that was me you spoke to on the phone yesterday. I did remove all the clips from the MCB and it is indeed the board. Thanks again for your help.
Okay, I’m glad you were able to figure it out. Please let me know if you would like me to send you a warranty replacement or send an invoice for one.
Wait is a warranty replacement an option? lol. I was under the impression it was only 6 months on the internal parts though I could be wrong
These are questions better handled over the phone.
Responses are instant vs waiting on a forum for them to reply.
Give us a call or send us an email, and we can check whether you’re still under warranty for that part.
Ok I hooked it all up and we have the computer seeing all of the com ports. When I purchased the new board I also bought the thc installed every thing back in the box now the thc can’t read the voltage it worked perfect until the motion control board went out trying calling in and left a voicemail. Any thoughts
Are you trying to go through the process in Fire Control we’re using the test to set your THC voltage?
Yes I am the it has 0.0 volts resting and at the end of the test and still reading 0.0 volts
And I have checked to make sure I have voltage my multimeter says 4.0 volts
Ok if I turn the thc off it will cut
Just to close out this thread, the new board arrived today. I plugged it directly into my laptop and it connected and lit up fire control as expected. Boom done.
