It is starting to look like Air pressure problem inside the Razor weld Cut 45.
If its not holding 70 to 75 psi with air flowing from the torch then the internal regulator may be bad. If its still under warranty and you got it from Langmuir contact them about getting a new regulator.
Everything is brand new, but it was purchased around September 2021. I am now just getting everything up and running for the first time. I dont think there is any warranty left.
I posted this in your other thread .Take the cover off and adjust the regulator to get the right air pressure. If it won’t adjust then the regulator is bad and needs to be replaced or I would recommend bypassed.

Thank you, Great to know it is avlable if needed. Right now, I think I have it adjusted.. The cut got better but still not right. Today I will check the Torch height and Setting.
