The system displays the error I’ve attached when I try to perform the Auto Tool Set operation. Before this error, I complete all the operations with the probe and everything works fine, except when I try to perform the Auto Tool Set. I’ve already tried restarting the machine and starting the entire process from scratch, and I even swapped the tool setter with the one from our other MR1, but the error persists. Do you have any idea what might be causing this error?
Is your tool setter lights on when you start? Does it stay on after the first touch. It could be sticking or have coolant shorting it out. Blow it out give it a gentle tap. If that doesn’t help take it apart and clean everything really well. Swing over to Mr1 Support | Langmuir Systems and fill that out and they will fix your issue.
Thank you for your response. I previously cleaned the tool setter and even swapped it with the one from our other MR1, but the problem persisted. The same tool setter works perfectly on the other MR1.
