Email down, need parts

I’m trying to order a y-axis screw and new coupler but when I try to contact langmuir, Email says there’s a server problem. Does anybody else having this problem or know how I can order these parts?

The site seems to work on a computer but not the Android system. I’m sure it will be repaired in the morning. I would opt out of the cheap Langmuir coupler and go with the Rutland version CLX 4-4-F

They are made of steel instead of aluminum and will not fail like the OEM versions.

I have just been informed that Langmuir has this item on their website for less than $8.00. I imagine that they are pretty much selling them at cost.
I don’t know that they are the Black oxide steel version. Please confirm that they are not aluminum. Rutland does make that coupler in aluminum.
Tightening the bolts down is the biggest problem. The Aluminum version strips out the 6-32 threads, whereas the steel version will break off the bolt heads if you get carried away.
Please update us if they are indeed steel.

We were going through a logistics overhaul on Friday. Email should be back up now. Give me a call or send me an email with your order number and I can get to work sending you that replacement motor coupler. Which machine is the y-axis screw you need for?

Nice fix!
It is nice that it had that defect dimple that helped realignment.

Of course my welding skills would have required complete replacement.
