It would appear the link for the Tool Set is no longer valid.
Is there a more current location available?
Does anyone have a link that works for this Tool Set?
It appears that location is no longer available. Is this still available in another location?
Hello @vcotton , welcome to the forum.
It looks like there are lots of links that are not working on this thread. It is an old thread. You could start or search for a new thread but @jamesdhatch has a very useful comment buried in the conversation:
I take it that you have Hypertherm 45XP? It is an excellent machine and Hypertherm is unique in that most cutters follow the cut charts in the manual. If you don’t have a copy, it is available at Hypertherm website and sometimes at the vendors online. I just searched for “Hypertherm 45XP manual” and lots of links popped up, mostly vendors for welding supplies.
Here is a copy of the cut charts:

Yes, the 45 XP. I just started using it today. Thanks for the link. I actually pulled my settings from the paper version of the manual. It’s basically the same as the pdf you referenced. I was just being lazy hoping someone already had the complete toolset file created for SheetCAM that they would share! It’s ok though. Thanks for your help.
Don’t forget what Jim Hatch said: the extra 0.5 seconds needs to be added for pierce delay. Hypertherm and FireControl measure the timing of the event differently so you have to plan to add a bit more delay when using Hypertherm.
Yes, I just went to update the tools I previously created in SheetCAM. Thanks!
I use pierce delay right out of the Hypertherm book settings and have no pierce delay problems on my XR table?
That is interesting, but I don’t doubt it either. In the first few weeks of having my table I used the book settings with intermittent success. One time it would cut, the next time it would throw the error “torch moved before voltage was sensed”
I kept increasing my pierce delay and finally happened on to reading that Hypertherm had this issue. I do have extension wires on the THC and torch on/off now so that could add to the issue. But, those errors were occurring before adding the extensions.
I think the rule of thumb has been confirmed fire control needs at least .5 delay to work consistently.
I cut a some 22 ga not long ago with .4 other than that I use books settings as log as it is above .5.
The link to download the tool set isn’t working. Can someone repost it or share a saved version?
hi every time i click on tool set down load takes me to a page asking if i want to buy the domain?
Try that file.
That file I posted causes a G-code error in FireControl. This one doesn’t cause error.
