Good evening, I’m a new user and new to the forum. Just got my machine assembled and ready to jog. It does not move at all in any direction. The USB portion of the machine seems to work properly as the software picks the machine up right away and goes green. It also responds in the software as its moving. I believe the power supply is DOA. It gets 120 volts to the input side of the power supply but the green light is off and there is no voltage coming out of it to the boards. It is correctly set to 110V on the switch. Can anyone confirm the PS should light up green on bottom LED on PS when powered on?
