Does Langmuir have discount codes or a once-a-year sale on parts and accessories?
I just stumbled across the limit switch kit. I would love to get it.
Money is tight So…. I am hesitating on pulling the trigger.
Thank You

I’ll bet @Bigdaddy2166 has a deal for you!
Don’t buy them.
The table is too small for limit switches.
The switches actually limit some of your cut area (not confirmed by me, but others have stated losing about 1/2” to 1”).
The switches seem to cause issues for many, while solving nothing (again, useless).
If one ever decided to use switches on such a small table, one should opt for proximity switches.
I am in agreement with KwikFab and BigDaddy. I added the limit switches to my Pro table and can’t say that it has done anything for me.
Perhaps with indexing (when you are cutting an image larger than the table size) it might be useful. You are the only one that can decide whether it is of “value” for you. No judging from me if you get them.![]()
Limit switches saved my butt again today when an EMI sneeze caused my table to pick a random 0,0 and tried to drive off the table 2 feet to start cut on a 75% complete part.
Home torch, go to work zero, start. Saved the part.
I have limit switches on my 2x2 table. They work great! Totally rely on them.
OTOH, I don’t use FireControl. ![]()
