Detailed wiring diagram

Does anyone have a detailed wiring diagram for connection the THC with a Everlast 62i plasma cutter cnc port with machine torch. I’ve seen several posts detailing what to do and showing random pictures but having a diagram would be most helpful.
I’ve watched videos of people soldering and I’ve seen some people wiring directly to the posts inside the machine. I am guessing I take the existing CNC plug off my machine torch and wire to the supplied bare plug?? I know the number for direct voltage (5&7) for thc, but where are those wires coming from, torch or thc?
Sorry for the lengthy submission.

Don’t look at the green side (Divided Voltage). Hopefully you are wiring Raw (Direct) Voltage. The black lead is wired inside your cutter from the torch and is exiting the case and going to the VIM box marked “TORCH”. The direct wired clamp/work lead (also wired inside the cutter case) is going the red port marked “Clamp”. There will be another wire coming from your cutter that is for the Torch On/Off that bypasses the VIM and goes to the “Torch On/OFF” connection on the enclosure box.

Now the output from the VIM then goes to the enclosure at the port marked “THC”

Here is the diagram (…sorry, it is a bit on the busy side):

Red to work clamp, black wire to torch. Easy to do.

Nice addition John! Nothing like the actual animal to study.

After 75000 requests I figured I would save it.

The pictures helped a lot! I have seen these on several posts, and I am going that route. I was wondering about any needed wiring involving the CNC port on the back of the machine. Any advice would be appreciated. The 62i came with another plug (attached pic) just need to know if I take off the machine torch head and change over to the supplied plug to work with the Langmuir system.

I appreciate your response, do you know what wiring needs to be done with the CNC port on the back of the Everlast 62i?

Pins 1 and 2 go to the torch on / off. It is just a switch, so it doesn’t matter which wire goes where.
The cable plugs right into the front of the control box that says torch on/off. Good luck

Perfect thanks for helping out. Hopefully all will go according to plan.

if you don’t like soldering, I used these below to connect the wires to the pins. Just remove the excess heat shrink off of one side and use it as a butt connector. Use a heat gun to melt the solder and shrink the shrinker, and you are done. makes a decent connection.

I actually have those already and might give them a try. Thanks!
