Cutting Holes tips

Found an interesting article this morning. If it has been listed previously sorry for the redundancy.

Good find. Nice series.

So much to learn. So little time!

I’m using fusion 360 and just tested something out on a .2" diameter hole in .125" thick mild steel. I get a much cleaner and a more perfect circle if I add a decent amount of finishing overlap. I just tested it with .2" overlap and it’s so much better. I was always getting a little bump at the start/finish of holes. Not anymore.
