Cutting Aluminum Tip / Tricks / Suggestions?

Just started cutting aluminum. (1/4"). There aren’t a lot of examples on the Razorweld 45 Cut Chart. With the different thermal properties compared to steel I wanted to ask…

Does anyone have any general advice on cutting aluminum? (Longer lead in required? Longer Pierce delay? Higher or lower torch height? Etc)

I’ve cut quite a bit of 1/8” aluminum experimenting with the RazorWeld with the X45 torch, I use .6 pierce delay .06 cut height and cut at 120 ipm. Comes out with almost no dross and a clean cut. Not sure if it will help with 1/4”, but it should give some idea compared to steel.
