Crossfire XR for HVAC Ductwork

I’m looking at buying the Crossfire XR for my residential HVAC business. Just curious if anyone here also uses this product for their HVAC business and if so what program do you use for your HVAC parts and fittings? Anyone in the Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska or Oklahoma area with one that I can come take a look at?

welcome

Yes, Wanabe gave you the right guy. Here is a link to a topic he started just for YOU!!! :wink:

And one of the reasons he bought the XR was specifically for his HVAC work.

@mhugunin Welcome to The forum.

I bought an XR after I had the pro for a while so I could use it more for my HVAC business. I mainly only use it for custom fittings not production fittings. I’ll make small runs of this or that sometimes depending on the job. You could use any program that could export a dxf file or SVG file and use that with sheet cam. Myself I like Fusion and I’ve made a few different files that I use for drop cheek elbows or squared to rounds for example.

There’s any specific fitting you’re looking at tackling let me know.
