@phlnrth how long ago did you get the pay for email?
I think it’s 5 days
That’s odd you’re just now getting that pay for email as the gents before you are in the 37500 range and they are paid as well. Do they release in batches maybe?
Yes the release in batches
XR 37499 paided for last thursday recived tracking info yesterday that the package has been picked up shows delivery date of next wed to missouri
XR 35957 delivering to Arkansas today!!!
It’s been about 2 weeks. I need liftgate so ABF delivery scheduling took an extra 4 business days…
i guess that means probably not on the same truck then.
just unloaded mine off the truck, everything looks good thus far. just some advise for others getting trucks i deal with them daily if the cardboard looks scratched don’t sign truckers paperwork until you open box right then and check it out… luckily mine seems to be in tip top shape! time to go home, good luck everyone. i will keep time from start to finish on build and post for everyone in the build time chat. peeeaccee!
Good luck JPonder. Were rooting for you:)
39852 here. When the order was placed the website estimated May for the delivery date. In other threads the Mods stated the backlog is dwindling. Hopefully the delivery date remains (fingers crossed).
You probably still have a couple months to go I’m order #37896 from late January and am estimating I’ll hear about my order shipping within the next couple weeks.
XR 37499 was at the shipping dock last night so went to pick up and somehow they lost the long box went from thinking was i going to have a good weekend to build to cant do anything but email lagmuir about the damaged parts in the box i did get
This was exactly the problem I ran into. They delivered one box, lost the other in another city, and the parts that did show up were covered in chips and scratches.
The shipping company used is well know around where I live as being substandard so no surprise they lost it. Lots of calls later and I was able to pick it a few days later. When it showed up, same story with lots of chips and scratches and a couple bent parts.
It was really frustrating and disappointing when I bought a new product and got something that got dragged behind a pickup down a gravel road. (An exaggeration of course but how I felt at the time.)
I called Langmuir and they helped find the package. They also made things right with the bent and scratched parts, and the fact I had to go pick up a crate after paying for lift gate service.
Customer service was great and I was able to get the table set up a few days later. Langmuir certainly could improve the shipping containers and do business with more reputable shippers but that would also add to cost. I’m the end it cost me a few bucks for enamel paint and a couple hours. After I got the table together and started using it and seeing how dirty it gets how fast I realized quickly how little all those scratches and chips actually mattered.
Moral of the story I guess is Langmuir will help you out and I suspect they will try to compensate you for the damage. And no matter how hard you try a plasma table won’t be the shiny new toy in your shop but it will be one of the biggest value multipliers.
How can 39852 get built before 38??? Anyone??
39852 estimated may shipping when ordered. It hasn’t been built yet
It’s likely that the poster didn’t realize that this was specifically for XR and they probably ordered a pro or a standard crossfire.
@aperrin80 which crossfire did you order?
I ordered an XR. When I provided the $500 deposit the estimated shipping time was May. In Langmuirs defense, it doesnt state what year ¯_(ツ)_/¯
TinWhisperer, I believe I/we might have read the post wrong That does make me feel a little better.
Anyone have any new order updates? I’m order #37896 and still awaiting full payment.
