Based on the order number to the time line they are moving very fast now at this point… Based on my math it looks like roughly 22 days but that is just a guess sir.

I ordered January 30, order #38020 I have already received the razorweld plasma cutter. They sent my tracking number with the rest of my table last night.
They shipped your table last night?
They created the label last night and shipped it today.

Received my XR today and am not very excited about the whole shipping process. First off my XR traveled about 3800 miles to get here and after all of that there is shipping damage. I looked on the support site and did not find any thing on shipping damage other than to maybe contact the shipping company. Both boxes were the wood ones which seemed like they should be fine but were obviously mishandled by both being dropped and having other freight stacked on top. One of the main side structural rails is dented and way out of square which was in the long box, seems to be the only part damaged from that box. the other part is the cable tray for the gantry. I’m sure I can just fix all of this in house but it was over a 1000.00 for shipping and would be very unreasonable to make your customer have to go through a bunch more steps to resolve this crap. To be fair I have not submitted any claim yet and would like Langmuir to have a selection for shipping issues. I have taken pictures of everything as it came off the truck and copies of all paperwork.
Damn I’m 37917 and haven’t heard a word yet.
I’m sure you will hear from them soon. My issue is the shipping, its only1800 miles to Spokane WA from Dallas Texas and my table went through Chicago then Spokane, then Portland Or, then back to Spokane for a total of almost 3800 miles and who know how many times if was moved. I will say that so far other than shipping it looks like a great product.
Hi, saw the pics of the damage. Make sure you reach out to our XR tech support team to make sure there’s no damaged parts that absolutely require replacement for proper function. We’ll make sure to do or send you whatever is required to get you up and running.

so you ordered a xr number 38020 and recived shipping info and my order number for a xr 37499 and i havnt gotten anything about mine yet there number system is all jacked up
I just looked up this order number it is for a CrossFire PRO and not an XR. If thats the case, the PRO machine shipping sequence is totally separate from the XR shipping sequence. We always ship first come first served.
If you are confident you ordered an XR, send me a PM with your order confirmation and order number.
