Crossfire XR delivery?

Received my XR today and am not very excited about the whole shipping process. First off my XR traveled about 3800 miles to get here and after all of that there is shipping damage. I looked on the support site and did not find any thing on shipping damage other than to maybe contact the shipping company. Both boxes were the wood ones which seemed like they should be fine but were obviously mishandled by both being dropped and having other freight stacked on top. One of the main side structural rails is dented and way out of square which was in the long box, seems to be the only part damaged from that box. the other part is the cable tray for the gantry. I’m sure I can just fix all of this in house but it was over a 1000.00 for shipping and would be very unreasonable to make your customer have to go through a bunch more steps to resolve this crap. To be fair I have not submitted any claim yet and would like Langmuir to have a selection for shipping issues. I have taken pictures of everything as it came off the truck and copies of all paperwork.
