Crossfire XL w/THC - Z axis not returning to zero

I’m new at this , THC still not functioning with my Everlast cutter, with THC installed.

I did notice when I pressed : return to zero, the X and Y axis move back to the zeros position as previously set, however, the Z axis does not return to the zero position. I can still move it accordingly with the up/down arrows.
Is this normal ?

…it says go to my xy zero…not xyz zero…that is why the THC does not move…
then yes…it is normal
