SOLVED - No Connection in FireControl

Thanks to everyone for your help. The answer to the problem was to uninstall “all” the USB drivers/controllers on my computer and reinstall them. Apparently, this is all that needed to be done so in the future, if you hear of anyone with the same issue, have them try that first. Thanks again.
