Crossfire Pro with Machine torch

So my table is all built, have to run a new circuit for the Hypertherm 45xp and the electric supply house is closed on the weekend… Started finalizing the table setup and shop layout and have a question on the initial setup of the machine torch in the mount. How high off the surface of the metal do you set the torch in the mount, and with the Hypertherm machine torch do you leave the rack on or off. Right now I left it on and it fits…

Think I got it figured out. No power yet

Here is mine, I removed the rack:

so here is what I have done…drop your Z axis as low as possible…then put your torch in so that the tip is about 1/4" below the top of the slats…this should be a little bi above the water…
that way if your torch ever missed the metal on the first touch it does not submerge that torch in water…
it also allows you to raise the torch as high as possible to change the tip.
