The op could check voltage at the power supply to start.

Same here, setting up my Pro I just got a couple of weeks back. FireControl shows it and sindicates that I’m sending input, but nothing. I don’t hear anything from the motors, etc.
Have you double checked all your motor wires and power to control box?
When you turn on the power switch to the control box, you should hear the motors energize with holding torque. If that doesn’t happen, there is a power or wiring issue with the control box.

All the boxes with the green plugs should have a light on. The control board LED is powered from the PC USB connection.
Loose power supply wire. Works fine after tightening it.
