It’s hard to find m10s and that is what the pro comes with. But these McMaster tube adapters are for m12 screws and should fit the tubes well.
I think it was #8386.
Mine just updated. Delivers Tuesday which is cool with me. I’ll be plowing snow till then.
Mine just updated as well and said its still in California. So I assume it was just sitting on a pallet at Langmuir until ups could pick it up. Said it will be to me Monday
I’m order 8541 and haven’t seen the THC or any shipping info yet. Fingers crossed it is getting close.
#8530 her, still no emails or info… very envious right now… I’ve bought a new Hypertherm 65 xp, new laptop, new compressor plumbed from a separate building, new HD leveling casters, stand alone power & air for the table, insulated and sheetrocked my garage waiting on this thing… hurry up already!
#8593 been thinking about building a fume hood ? Just to keep my mind occupied waiting on THC and box 2 …
Do you happen to know the pitch of the m10 bolts? M10-1.25, M10-1.5, or M10-1.75?
I’m 99% sure they are 1.5.
I got the smaller wheels (110lb/wheel) with the 8mm thread for studs and a set of 8x10 studs. The 8mm end is for the wheel and the 10mm end will attach to the leg.
I have found a few m10s but there are 3 different thread sizes. M10-1.25, M10-1.5, or M10-1.75. I dont know which one I need. Someone mentioned 1.5 but Id like to be sure
For those looking for casters, here are some nice ones that are reasonably priced and have a good amount of load capacity. They are also ball bearing, polyurethane, and also lock both the wheel and the swivel. Langmuir had confirmed to me the pitch is 1.5.
There are obviously tons of other options around but I think these should work well with the full lock, actual bearings, and a 300LB load capacity each. If I end up with more than 1200LBS on this table I have to assume the roof of my building collapsed on it.
Dont forget it’s not the just the weight on the table it’s the weight on the caster… so the machine itself plus the water and material and all the drops in the tank. I think that if you add a shelve on the bottom like lots of guys do the 300lb load rating will be used up pretty quick.
Totally!!! On these it will really end up being a 1200LB load rating since there are 4 of them and the load would split across them but completely agree. That is why the note above of the 110LB load rating on the wheels someone else was using would concern me. Water is heavy, as is the machine itself and you could quickly be pushing past 440lbs.
To my knowledge there are no M10 casters with a higher load rating than 300lbs each though. I did a pretty extensive search. If someone finds some I would be curious… but ultimately a M10 bolt is just not that large so I am guessing that is pretty near the topside……
Obviously it would be very easy to fabricate something different for the base that has a greater load capacity but for a little over $16 each and the ability to just screw them in day one so it is mobile I went that route. YMMV
Got these in today, did not pay attention to the thread so I’ll modify if needed but they sure look stout!

Always, ALWAYS, bring a spare liver.
I’m going with the smaller wheels because bigger capacity would encourage me to do something like an under table shelf loaded up with stuff. That would make it heavier and then it would be hard to roll around the garage.
It’s like luggage - if you have room you’ll use it.
