M-60 filter is installed directly after the regulator and added 1 more psi drop for a grand total of 4 psi drop with the regulator set to 82 psi.

After much cutting looks like a 3 psi drop. I don’t think the M60 made much of a psi drop at all. The results today are outstanding. Not a single bad pierce so far done about 200 pierces and the shield is staying nice and clean, consumables haven’t changed much if any.
Kinda boring now, I just stand there and try not to stare into the light. This must be what its going to be like when the machines take over….
