Condition timeout exception

I’m having a problem out of nowhere! While running a program on the table the machine will stop moving and the torch stays on. sometimes it gives a error code but tonight it did not at all the error box said condition timeout exception. what is this I have a LOT of cutting to do and cant really afford the down time. I have submitted a ticket to support but any help from users would be great I can elaborate a little more if someone can help

Been running good. Now I'm having issues

Ive been running my Pro table with no issues lately and cutting good. Today I started cutting and on some of the pierces the torch would go down real slow for IHS. It wouldnt do it on every pierce but id say about 10% of them. Then I ran my next program and lost arc. It came up to report the error. I clicked that and the whole program froze and would not let me “Run from here”.
