Great Point. I have spent:
$75 on the aftercooler, $75 on flexible hoses, $110 on the motor guard, $80 on a 2 stage separator and countless hours reading (@ $60/ hours = $3000 How many set of electrodes could I have bought if I was working making things?). Obviously some drying is required.
My 2 stage was working fine for over 2 years (not cutting much) I must have been cutting at the right times and right conditions. Now I’m trying to morph in to a business and the 2 stage is not enough. I started having weird problems and chasing my tail in “my request for help” I have not closed out my request because I have not finished installing the extra drying equipment but after chasing my tail the problem was water. As evident by the swirling scars inside the tip. Not sure why but I have alot of my old nozzles/electrodes wrapped in painters tape with the number of pierces written on the tape. I looked back none of my previous sets have swirl marks(Water).
It’s definitely been an educations. I would like to put together a post with the post that links to most of the chasing water threads and a simple guide out to do it cheap and how to just saw the water at all cost guide. But right now I need to stop typing and cut…
