I hope no one else has done this, but I forgot to zero my axes recently before hitting the start command, then couldn’t hit the stop button in time before the torch head returned home and blasted a nice hole through one of my slat holders and the water table. After draining the table and drying the area off, a 1/2 inch glob of RV sealant and small ss tab I cut from a drop sealed it back up nicely.

yikes - so sorry to read this but glad you posted for beginners like me to remember
I about did it last night, cutting out my first test piece, luckily I had my torch off to do a test run on the piece of scrap I was using
