Okay guys I have not been on for a long time due to my workload but one of my friends bought an old truck and wanted to do a major upgrade all the suspension and engine. I got in contact with a suspension company and they gave me such a high quote to do the work we didn’t think the truck was worth it but I’m just going to show you what happens when you’re forced into a corner and you have help to go forward I must say a big thank you to Jake he has helped me along the way with all of my problems I’ve had with the mr1 here’s some pictures
After some help from a local guy that does fusion 360 we was able to do our own setup for this project we spoke to more than one company and they all wanted to hit us over the head for what we was doing installing a hellcat IRS rear end in a C10 truck

As you see this thing made so much chips we had to clean two times per item maybe I had the setup run but I did not expect this much to come off of each part
here it is located on the temporary stand so I could check the movement on it but I haven’t figured out how to load a video here yet it’s been a long time
It is a fusion 360 drawing of the base for the pushrod suspension with bell crank
This rear end is from a 2019 hellcat transplanted into a 1970 C10 I believe it’s 1970

Maybe you can help me, I am trying to perfect a finish on a 2” depth of cut using 2flute 1/2 endmill and am curious on your feeds used to cut such a tall sidewall.
First, by 4” end mill do you mean an actual 4” Flute/Length of cut?? or is it 4” Over All Length?
What depth of cut and width of cut/stepover did you use per pass? Also, RPM and Feedrate? How many flutes and what was the chipload?
I also used a two flute and meal my feeds and speeds are 750 on the speed and 75 in a minute this gives a good finish with an end Mill of this length you can go with a 3/8 but the deflection is high with a 2.7 radio engagement
