I was working on a project at General Atomics in La Jolla CA a couple years back. When I got to the project Monday Morning all the guys were taking pictures of something on the ground. When I got closer I realized it was a frozen puddle. I guess Ice is pretty rare here.
I am expecting the dies in the next day or so and I should be able to get them sent out to you soon after. Please send me your address so I can get them sent out.
Nortonscustoms,
Got the dies in the mail today from Florida, completed the job in a few minutes and they are back out on the road again to California from Michigan. They have got to be the most traveled dies ever.
You did a great job on them, they look just as good today and completed a dimple as good as your original picture showed.
Thank you for sharing the dies and the skill it took to make them.
Hi all. I’m new to the forum. Just got most of my pro table parts this past Thursday. I am interested in being a part of the traveling die set. May I get in on the list?
Ok. Will do just as soon as I can figure how to private message. I believe I have to respond to you directly in a conversation in order to get a private message link.
Thank you. I’m a noob at forums so it took a minute for me to figure it out. Yes that is exactly what I did. And thank you for the welcome. I’m looking forward to this community.
I was next on the list for the dies abt 3 weeks ago but was going away on vacation and didn’t want to be a “die hog”… anyone know where they are as I would like to use them
@Loyance Got the traveling die set about an hour ago. Thanks Lance. @nortonscustoms Thank you for making it and sharing. It seems to be holding up rather well. Worked great for me as it did for the others. Its pretty neat that the original box has been signed by many that have used it. So the last I could tell was in Michigan with @broels then went to Lance in California then back to Michigan (where I live) now off to @mikep as soon as he pm his address. Thanks everybody in the chain.
