How is everyone cutting the holes in the drain pan? I would think that with the correct file the machine itself could cut it, I don’t know anything cutting SS and what changes that would require.
Ok yes I have the dies, I’ll try to get them used and shipped out this weekend. Been down on my back for a few days, but should be able to use them this weekend. Styleraustin94 or whoever, please send me the address of the next person and I’ll get them in the mail next week!
Hi guys,
I just assembled my Pro and would like to do the drain upgrade. Could I Please be added to the list?
Thanks!
You can remove my name. I 3D printed the ones for the existing drain so I’m going to try those to start with PEX pipe.
With JTCweb going a different route I think id be next after you. Can you send me your email and I’ll send you my address?
I received the die set Saturday and am wrapping up with them today. I can get them out this week. Send me your address. My email is mattf444@gmail.com

Let me try the 3D printed die first.
Does anyone have a 3.5” swaging die, or are the only ones floating around 2.5” ? I need 3.5” for a parts washer. I can’t find them anywhere in the United States. Been looking for a couple years now. The only option available, which someone here already mentioned, is the Stainalec unit sold as a hydraulic swaging tool kit sold in Australia for over $2500 dollars. It is for the most common thin steel parts washer on the planet sold by Summit Racing and Jegs. I have a stainless half-barrel below mine to drain stoddard solvent. These are originally designed to hold water based solvent in the tub. I cut a 3.25” hole in the base of the tub as a drain to better contain the solvent in the barrel and used a diesel fuel pump and filter to bring the solvent back to the tub. I currently have a stainless kitchen sink strainer in the hole, but the solvent obviously can’t fully drain without being flush mounted as many here have described with their sink pans.
