My pc does not recognize the MR1 control unit - Windows doesn’t even recognize it as a usb device.
When powering on, the green LED lights up and then fades away after a few seconds: IMG_0319.mov - Google Drive
Email them tomorrow. I lost a board about a year ago. Open up the box and make sure the board has 36 vdc. The plug on the board is labeled 36+
