About to install enclosure. Don’t really like idea of using silicone to mount walls. Seems would be a pain to remove if needed to. Has anyone used 1" stick weather stripping to line everything in and then just silicone the bent corners? I see all the panel ideas… going to do something there but that’s after wall installation.
With the removable side windows, there is no real reason to ever have to remove the walls unless you are possibly going to be putting it on a trailer and hauling it down the road. The silicon works and if it does need to be removed, its easily cut with fishing line.

Ended up using the foam tape. Have checked it out and it works really well. Even with removable windows…I can see working on the machine or drains in the future would be much easier without the walls on. Window good access to clean but I had to change out and align a limit switch and was a pain with wall in place and the x/z rail at back of travel.
