I had been spraying 1/8 aluminum with a spray bottle and feel like I get cleaner cuts, but more important when cutting lots of stuff in a tight area it warps thin material really bad. I got a mister in amazon for 30$. Added a regulator to set the mister around 40. It pulls water up from a bucket. Also added a valve with easy access. Parts are cool to the touch immediately after cutting.
That is a interesting approach. I like the idea for sure. There is someone selling flood coolant kits on the web. I can see getting messy if you have a full sheet loaded on a pro table.
