Was hoping someone had experience cutting this material 316 stainless steel with a 14g thickness, what is the best speed/amperage for the cleanest cut. Thanks in advance!
Really depends on what plasma cutter you have.
I’ve cut a fair bit of 14 gauge stainless on my machine.

I normally use the book settings for fine cut consumables out of the hypertherm PowerMax 85 manual.
as fast as possible on stainless.
You’ll have a lower cutting height. in the hypertherm charts its .02.
I would fill up your water table to the point of overflowing as well.
