2 Piece Wilwood Brake Rotor Hat Machined

I needed some brake rotor hats for my 2 piece brake rotor setup on my BMW E92 Drift Car.

I almost made these from scratch with the MR1 but found out Wilwood had rotor blanks and these had the offset I needed. So instead of paying $109 per block of material I spent a little extra on these blank hats. I know I should have machined 100% of them but time is ticking on this build.

All I had to machine on them was the bolt pattern, Open up the center bore, then add the rotor holder hole thats factory on the BMW E92.

Nice. Last winter I made my own because Wilwood didnt have the offset I needed for my track car. Looking forward to being able to do these types of things at home once I finally get my MR1
