I bought the Yeswelder CUT-65DS a few weeks ago. I have a gen 1 crossfire (used). I successfully cut with it. I’ve only done one cut, with some 2mm steel. Need to buy something to cut! I don’t know if it needs two clicks of the trigger to begin cutting, but I’m sure I can figure that out or get a work around.
It’s quite nice to have the torch trigger socket on the machine and not need to open the case and invalidate your warranty. If you get it, buy a GX16 plug to wire in the torch trigger. I hope that makes your decision easier. I don’t plan on cutting more than 4mm thick, so this should be more than adequate for me. If you can think about your projects it’ll help - will you really need to cut 1in thick steel on your table? If so have you got a buddy or crane to lift the steel?
