Check the y motor connections at the control box. This just happens to me the other day and one of the connections had come loose. They may have made some changes but the older ones the screws were to long and if you tightened them all the way it would actually push the connection apart.
Yes have checked i have the revision with the washers that go on the screws.
Try running it all the way to the extent of the table. Do both sides hit at the same time?
Yes they both hit
So i ended up taking the lead screws off and putting them in a drill running a 3m red pad up and down them several times and switched then from side to side. One lead screw is straight but the other was not i will link a video. langmuir plasma table lead screws - YouTube
Then when i reassembled the screws i snuged the nuts up just enough that the nut would move around the hole. Ran it back and forth numerous times ran the brake in program. Then fully Titened the lead nuts did the same back and forth ran the program and as it was running i ran the 3m pad on the screws. Ran a few cut programs all binding is gone for now.
