I noticed over past few cuts my Y axis has been binding up a bit. One side moves faster then the other side and vise versa goin back and causes it to jam. Not sure if something came loose or has been over tighten but before I tear into it could someone lead me in the right direction.
maybe the lead nut to motor shaft collars aren’t tight enough so one side it slipping and out out of sync? i would zero out both sides again as per the instructions and re-tighten the collars.

Thanks I noticed Couple of bearing blocks were loose so I just readjusted all the bearings and made sure blocks were snug.
Motor couples too perhaps.
