I am having issues with the computer/touch screen on a new XR. I just set the machine up and ran the break-in program last night. I also dry ran several of my files with no problems. This morning I cut the first test coupon and it cut fine, but when the file was finished the screen went black and the no connection message flashed for a few seconds. This happened each time after cutting a file.
After several attempts, I found that to get the computer to reboot properly I had to pull the usb for the keyboard first and then power cycle the computer. I cut a file with the keyboard disconnected with the same result. Checked all cables and made sure the plasma lead wasn’t touching any of the computer wires.
I did connect with my laptop that I used on my Pro (21.1.5 version of FC) and the machine runs great.
Also, I reached out to support, but they are busy I am sure.
Any suggestions or ideas what could be causing this?
