Bought my table a year ago, used but cut like a dream. Recently I’m not able to get clean smooth cuts on arch’s and circles. Straight cuts are great. I checked the 3 wheels, rollers for the X axis gantry and non of them were spinning while I was checking things out. I loosened them up a bit, got them all rolling on both sides, lubed everything up and made sure the rails are smooth and lubed up. But I’m still getting the same chattering and rough cuts. Is there a torque setting for the X axis gantry wheels? Any suggestions or ideas are most definitely appreciated.
