XR fluid capacity

Did anyone happen to see how many gallons the table holds on the XR ??? I must be missing it !!

65 gallons

I don’t have one of these machines but I ran the rough math quick

3 " * 4’ * 8’ = 8 cu ft

There is 7.5 us gallons in a cubic foot.

7.5 x 8 = 60+us gallons

If you’re looking for imperial gallons it is 6.25 per cu ft.

6.25 * 8 = 50+ imperial gallons.

Well if your gonna get fancy with the math I would like volume consumed by the slats subtracted.

It’s crazy to think that there’s over 500 lb and water.

Once you mix The cutting fluid in there it’ll have a slightly less specific gravity but you’re probably around a good 500 lb of liquid weight.

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl: ok so next question… anyone have the best concoction?? Lol

The green fluids 20 to 1

The anti foam is 5 ml per 20 l

And I just got a new pail of this cutting fluid that I haven’t tried yet

Niceee !!! Thanks so much !! This is my first water table so I’m kinda in the dark !! Lol

I’ve always just made my own using a recipe I found on another forum. Seems to work fine. Keeps rust and algae away sooo :man_shrugging:

Plus the weight of 32 sq ft of 3/4" steel you’ve put on it…

Imagine the dents the wheels would put on my SYP flooring!!!
Maybe I should stick with my 2x2 CF :slightly_smiling_face:

I used the same recipe. And have been running the same water since I bought my pro over a year ago.
Just put scotch Brite pads over your drains as a filter.

Same here, just adding the occasional gallon water mixed with 1/8 C of solution. I made 75oz of solution in the beginning of 2020 and there is still plenty left. I also use the scotchbrite pad…
