XR Flashing Red on Status Light

Hello,

My XR was working flawlessly prior to today.

Went into my shop earlier and plugged all my equipment in to get ready to cut, turned on the controller for my XR and you can hear the steppers pulsing while the status light just flashes red. The control board is flashing green/red and the computer is not recognizing the machine. Really flustered here as to what my next steps are.

I’ve called, left a voicemail. Waiting on a response.

Is the minicomputer power on? Check to make sure usb cable has good connections from minicomputer to cut control box.
