XR and Razorweld Cut 45 CNC Nozzle Question

Just a general question regarding torch time for a newbie. I have 113 minutes and just over 1080 pierces. My electrode and nozzle look like the pics below. I noticed my cuts were getting increasingly poor, not burning through here and there… That said, would this be considered normal wear and tear in 113 minutes? Or should I be getting more/less…generally speaking? I am cutting custom signs out of 14g steel with little dross, normally 170 ipm at 45amps, .02 overcut.

its more the pierces than cut time. I think that is good for stock RW45 consumables.

I will say I would have replaced them before they got that bad

I would have replaced it too before use to have a razorweld 45.. I use a Hypertherm sync now. Only get 800 pierces from it on a fine tip..

Hey all, thanks for the replies! At least I now have a very general idea of what to expect. For lack of better words, I didn’t realize the wear factor could be more the number of pierces vs. cut time.
