Xpro cant get torch to fire

Hello, I have a Crossfire pro and a titanium 45 from hobofreight and I can not get the torch to fire through fire control

I have it wired for RAW and followed Langmuir instructions,I have the torch fire wires connected to pins 1&2, red lead to the ground clamp bolt, black lead to a bolt on the circuit board. If I unplug the barrel jack plug I am able to manual fire the torch with a piece wire but will not fire with fire control.

I am not getting a THC voltage reading in fire control. I tested the banana plugs continuity and I get a ohm reading, Is it support to have continuity between the plugs? I tried plugging the black to red and red to black just to test and still no results. I do hear a relay click on the control box. any one have ideas what is going on? thanks

forgot to mention, I have the latest fire control on windows 10 and updated the LS-THC firmware

You have too many wires plugged into that VIM box.

For raw voltage you should have the red and black wires on the front and a wire going from PV output to the THC port on the electronics box.

The torch firing wire goes from the plasma cutter to the torch on/off port on the electronics box.

ah I miss understood the instructions, I tried what you said and it works great now. thank you guys for the help!
