X & Y axis numbers wrong

Hi Folks,

Need some help here. I am having issues with my X & Y axis measurement numbers way outta whack
In Mach3. Before I loaded my file for cutting I ran the break-in program. Well the numbers don’t match the actual position of the torch head, by a LOT. Tried resetting machine, computer, Mach3 to no avail. To give you an idea of how far off it is, if I jog the torch on the x axis +6 inches, Mach3 displays 1.5. Y axis was moved 6 inches and Mach3 displays 2.025. Lead screws are secure and scaling is correct.
Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. I waited a long time for this thing, would love to use it…

Can you check to make sure your units are set to inches in Mach3? I’m not at computer right now, but i believe you can switch the natives units by clicking on one of the drop down menus on the toolbar.
