X, y, and z motors not responding (SOLVED - bad power supply)

machine cut one letter then froze up. fire control goes through the dry cut but machine does not move. axis motors not moving. two yellow lights (D! and D2) on the board are flashing and red tx light is fluttering. motors not moving at all or making a sound.

Check your power supply voltage. The control board is powered from your computers USB cable. The power supply powers the motor drivers.

The power supply should be putting out 36 volts. There is an adjustment screw but the power supply could have gone bad, as Craig has suggested. You will get 36 volts at multiple different test locations, obviously when testing one black and one white wire each.

it is confirmed it was the power supply. i contacted langmuir who replaced the power supply and i am back up and running. because of inclimate weather it took usps over a week to deliever the unit however, i just installed it yesterday. thanking langmuir for their fast and prompt response.
