I’ve completed the assembly and jogged the machine. When i position the THC in the front right corner the lead crew bends. Is this normal?
Looks like you have a red bracket in the wrong place or motor bracket or they gave you a wrong one. The lead screw should be equal distance from one end to the other from the gantry.

Thanks Jim. I measured the distance from the gantry and one is 1.25" and the other is 1". Not sure where to go from here
see if one on the other axis is different than the other , If not send a message to sapport and explain the ywill hook you up.

There were 2 of one lead screw mount brackets (for the Ys) and 1 that was slightly smaller. Did you have 3 the same size or did you put the small one on one of the Y rails and the other long one on the X rail?
It looks like I may have swap the X axis bearing mount & the Y axis bearing mount. I’ll work on it tomorrow and let you know if that was the issue. Thanks Gary

I swapped the 2 mounts (X & Y) and it fixed the problem. Thanks for your help Gary
