Was thinking of either making an extension or making a new longer work clamp cable for my cutter. Is there a max length i should be aware of?
Since the torch cable is around 20 feet, I want to have the work clamp cable at least the same length. I want to have my cutter stationary and only move the table when i’m using it but the current cable length is the only restriction right now.
Sure you can replace it with a longer cable. It has to be the same diameter or larger.
Tsc has ground cable.
Did you ever make your ground cable longer just curious I’ve been thinking about doing the same. If so how did you do it what did you use etc. I have a primeweld cut 60 thanks
Just get a piece of cable and put a eye on both ends, remove the clamp and bolt the 2 cables together then put the clamp on the other end.
Never did… I didn’t need to after all.
