Windows 11 cannot connect

I’ve updated drivers, and recently finally upgraded to windows 11… I can see the crossfire but cannot connect, Ive tried multiple usb cables, un-installed and re-installed fire controll/ drivers. even tried a older version of firecontrol. nothing seems to be helping.

Did the computer connect to the table before the upgrade to 11?

The computer should start the control box board even without the THC driver. This sounds like a bad board or a computer USB power issue. Try another computer to see if Firecontrol boots. Once the board gets 5 volts, from the computer USB, it should come on. Maybe I’m wrong, but.

I see that you said you re-installed drivers. Just to be clear did you re-install the FireControl Drivers from this page?
You might try installing the driver manually from Langmuir “Download” page:

You will see it at the bottom of the page for FireControl:

If you’re still having issues connecting could you give us an email here: support@langmuirsystems.com

Windows 11 should automatically download any drivers needed to connect to the machine, but in some cases it fails, or downloads the incorrect drivers. But, most of the times this can just be a faulty MCB or grounded MCB causing the connection issues.
