Sign created in inkscape, CAM is sheetcam cut in fireshare. Worse when created in Fusion 360 and g-code created in that program. Every time I try and cut letters for any progect cuts are created between some of the letters. Wasting lots of flat plate.

Do you have a 2T/4T switch on your plasma cutter that inadvertently got flipped to 4T?

This is the 2t/4t switch on the Razorweld 45. This picture shows the cutter in 4t mode. It should always be in 2t mode for CNC cutting.
