I made a paper template, took a picture of it, Calibrated the size then took hours to copy all the periphery and one 3.75" hole.
When i went into manufacturing and try to make a program, it only lights up sections of the periphery and the hole??? cannot run test?
Can you post image or file? Hate to start guessing and I see you’ve been a member for a couple years so must be something a little more advanced going on.
When dealing with thick expensive materials I have even used my marker setup on thicker paper like cardboard and checked everything before I made part if needs to be perfect.
